We have over 15 years of experience
Dilmunia Galway is a celebration of Middle Eastern flavors, bringing the rich and diverse culinary traditions of this ancient region to the vibrant city of Galway.
Our dishes are crafted with love and respect for the centuries-old culinary traditions of the Middle East. Using time-honored recipes passed down through generations, we recreate the flavors that have long defined the region—spices like cumin, coriander, saffron, and sumac, combined with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in our partnership with the BIA Innovator Campus in Athenry, Co. Galway, where we produce each dish with care, maintaining the integrity and authenticity that are central to Middle Eastern cooking.
Menu
From the slow-roasted Chicken Mandi and succulent Lamb Tikka to the vibrant, fresh flavors of a Fatoush Salad, each dish on our menu reflects our passion for preserving the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East while incorporating modern techniques to ensure the highest quality dining experience.
Our Chicken and Lamb Mandi dishes, for example, take inspiration from the Arabian Gulf, where slow-cooked meats are infused with an intricate blend of spices and served over fragrant rice. Our Falafel with Hummus and Mutabal celebrates the mezze culture of the Levant, where small, flavorful dishes are shared among friends and family. Each bite is designed to evoke the warmth and hospitality that is so central to Middle Eastern dining.
